Nadur Youngsters vs Zebbug Rovers

Nadur Youngsters will be meeting Zebbug Rovers for the twentieth time on Saturday, March 29th, 2003. The first encounter between these two clubs took place on March, 15th 1987. Of all the past Championship official matches between both squads, the Youngsters claimed seven victories, lost two and leveled the other two.
In other Cup games, the Youngsters registered five victories against Zebbug Rovers (penalty shoot-outs in one of them) and lost three times.
The most enterprising-victory, 7-0, took place on February 27th, 1994. It was a Gozo Championship match. The Youngsters lost all five games against the Rovers with just a one-goal difference.
The 7-0 victory in February 1994 was also the encounter with the biggest score, followed by the Millennium Cup Quarter-Final match on December 8th, 1999 (3-4). Saviour Farrugia tops the whites’ scorers list against Zebbug Rovers with seven goals (three goals in Championship games and four in Cup matches).
The last Youngsters-victory over Zebbug took place on October 19th, 2002. Zebbug Rovers won the last league-game versus Nadur with a 1-0 result, on December 15th, 2002.
Nadur Youngsters will be facing Zebbug Rovers following five consecutive league-game victories. Zebbug have won their last two consecutive league games.
The Youngsters played 19 games against Zebbug Rovers. The whites won 11 games, lost five games and got a draw out of the other three encounters. While the Youngsters netted 41 goals, the Rovers replied back with 22.
