Youngsters to face Zebbug Rovers in Noel Vassallo Cup [18/05/03]

Nadur Youngsters strolled to a 4-0 victory over Xewkija Tigers on Sunday and are now prepared to face Zebbug Rovers for the Noel Vassallo Cup final. The Rovers surprisingly eliminated Ghajnsielem with a 2-0 score on Sunday.

Just four days following a 7-0 victory over Xaghra United in the Noel Vasssallo Cup Quarter Finals, the Gozo champions showed they are still hungry for more! The Youngsters moved to a three-goal lead in the first half with goals by Mark Buttigieg (20th), Chris Camilleri (26th) and Edoardo do Nascimento (32nd). Bizu, then, rubber-stamped the victory on the 65th minute. 

Meanwhile, the Youngsters are now preparing to face Zebbug Rovers for the Super Cup semi-final next Wednesday. If the Youngsters win this encounter, they will have to play three finals: Noel Vassallo Cup final against Zebbug Rovers on May 25th, Super Cup final against Ghajnsielem or Xewkija Tigers on May 28th and GFA Cup final against Ghajnsielem on June 1st.
