Naduri in Holland |
|
Nadur Prince was born in Nadur on January 14th 1999. When Nadur Prince was one, Rinus Biemans, a Dutch dog-enthusiast, arrived in Malta looking for a good hunter. His friends told him to cross over to Gozo. He went up to Nadur and found the dog he was looking for. Nadur Prince, registered within the Malta Kennel Club under the Tal-Wardija affix, is now living in Holland with Anneke and Rinus Biemans. The Kelb tal-Fenek is Malta's national hound. June29th.com met Nadur Prince and this is what he told us...
When
I turned one, Rinus (my owner) came to Malta looking for a dog to catch
rabbits at his nursery. I was already a good hunter in Gozo so I was
quite interested in moving north. It's north, isn't it?! When I looked
at Rinus with my big brown eyes, he fell in love with me and took me
home with him, together with a little puppy (later I got to know the
puppy’s name was Sabih, which in Maltese means nice). Since
that time I live a happy life here in Teteringen (a nice town in
Holland). I hunt as
much as I can and like to run around. I have caught many rabbits, hare
and so many mice! Rinus
and his wife Anneke describe me as a quiet, sweet dog with a very
affectionate friendly character. I love Rinus and Anneke very much!
This summer I became father of four puppies from the most beautiful dog I ever met, named Hunter. Hunter is a member of the Tal-Wardija family as well and owned by Henk vd Vorst in Holland. Here are some of my details for anyone interested! Name:
