Two Nadurin for Miss Maltese Islands [22/07/03]
Two young women from Nadur, Emenda Muscat and Caroline Hili, will be taking part in this year's Miss Maltese Islands pageant. The contest will be held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta on September 13th. There will be 31 contestants from all over Malta and Gozo. The winner will then travel to China early November for the Miss World Contest, to be held in Sanya on December 9th. Emenda and Caroline are both being supported by the Nadur Local Council. "We're very happy with the commitment being shown by both Emenda and Caroline," organiser Sue Rossi told june29th.com. "I would also like to thank your Local Council for supporting both contestants."
